Internal audits don’t have to be scary — we promise!

In this Friday Fix session, two Quality Assurance Specialists team up to walk Energy Advisors through what actually happens during an internal audit, what QAS are looking for, and how thoughtful file setup and consistency can make the entire process smoother for everyone involved.

Based on real audit experience, this session focuses on practical, day-to-day best practices for organizing your files so audits are efficient, clear, and low-stress (yes — even for the lazy or grumpy QAS 😉). The goal is to shift the perception of audits from something intimidating to a valuable quality control and consistency check — and an opportunity to strengthen your internal processes.

This is a collaborative, candid session designed to support Energy Advisors at all stages of their practice and reinforce that audits are about quality, consistency, and continuous improvement — not “gotchas.”

You’ll learn:

  • What Quality Assurance Specialists are actually looking for
  • Common file setup challenges — and how to avoid them
