Join CHBA BC on Tuesday, April 11 as we host a presentation on the ReHousing research project, which explores how to convert single-family homes into multi-unit housing and supports zoning reform to allow multiplexes across Toronto’s residential neighbourhoods.
The project’s jurisdictional scan includes the City of Vancouver and the City of Victoria’s missing middle initiatives. A housing catalogue, available at www.rehousing.ca, shows over 50 examples of “missing little” densification as renovations, additions and new construction floor plans for typical house types across the city.
ReHousing is a collaboration between the University of Toronto Daniel’s Faculty of Architecture and LGA Architectural Partners, funded by the Neptis Foundation.
Please Note: Qualified building or plumbing officials who attend this event are able to claim 1 point in category A4 of the BOABC continuing professional development program.
