CHBA BC Submission on the Latest on the Heritage Conservation Act Transformation Project (HCATP)

CHBA BC has submitted a letter responding to the March 26, 2026 Technical Policy Paper on the province’s Heritage Conservation Act Transformation Project (HCATP).

 

This technical policy paper, which represents the culmination of over 9 months of consultation, incorporates many of the changes CHBA BC advocated for.
